Refund policy

For your satisfaction and convenience, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to request a return.

Please note:

  • We’re unable to process returns or exchanges without an order number or invoice included in the package — so please be sure to tuck it in before sending anything back! 
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns, but exchanges can be made without additional shipping costs.
  • Be sure to check the size chart SIZE CHART to find your best fit! We're always here to answer any questions you may have — we thrive on getting you in the shirt that suits you BEST.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original condition—unworn and unused
  • Must have a receipt, order number or invoice 
  • Initiate within 14 Days from receiving.

To initiate a return:

Email us at IFBranded1@gmail.com. Please include your name, Shirt name, order number, reason for return and what you'd like us to do. We cannot process without this information

Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and initiate the return/exchange process.

Shirt must be shipped back within 48 hours. Any products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

  • We thoroughly inspect every shirt before it ships to make sure it meets our quality standards.
  • In the event this does occur, notify us as soon as possible (Prior 14 days preferred) and we will provide a satisfying solution immediately. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  •  Items purchased during BOGO promotionsspecial sales events (30% off or more), and any sale or clearance items.
  • ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL
  • Gift cards (only available for exchange)

Exchange Policy

Same policy in effect, With our rapidly changing inventory you may not get exactly the same shirt! Contact us so we can help you find the perfect exchange. And create the exchange properly in good timing so we can hold your exchange. Email us @  IFBranded1@gmail.com
